IAC (International Automobile Company) is an international exporter and distributor of Chinese BYD vehicles, operating under a key partnership with the BYD holding company. The company specializes in the supply, sales, and service of BYD electric vehicles and hybrids in the countries of Europe and the CIS.
Foundation and Strategic Partnership (2018)
The company was founded in 2018 by entrepreneur Nikolay Sorokin. The key milestone was the establishment of a collaboration (strategic partnership) with the global holding BYD Auto Co., Ltd. – one of the world's largest manufacturers of electric vehicles and batteries.
From the very beginning, IAC positioned itself not merely as a dealer, but as an official bridge between Chinese manufacturing and the European-Asian market, obtaining the status of an exporter of BYD vehicles.
Operational Excellence
Infrastructure Development and Market Entry
Over several years, IAC has developed an extensive retail and service network:

Dealer Network: More than 10 branded dealerships have been opened in European and CIS countries, showcasing the full BYD model lineup – from city electric vehicles to flagship sedans and SUVs.

Service Infrastructure: 3 major service centers have been established, equipped with BYD-recommended tooling. These centers provide warranty and post-warranty maintenance, as well as repair of high-voltage batteries and electric motors.
